Hidden Lake Trail + My Favorites
The hike to Hidden Lake is a short one, and is good for families with younger children. Hidden Lake is popular during the summer months with anglers, however it may be crowded as most of the lake is surrounded by thick forest and brambles. Enchantments Crossing Trail + My Favorites
This hike is for experienced hikers only. The top of the trail is Aasgard Pass at an altitude of 7,800 feet. It is recommended that hikers who wish to traverse this trail plan ahead and be well-prepared; it is one of the more difficult hikes in the area. Icicle River Interpretive Trail + My Favorites
Interpretive brochures are available for visitors heading out on this trail, which passes by the Leavenworth Fish Hatchery. The hatchery releases over one million salmon per year, making this a good place to learn about the famous Northwest Salmon and the role of fish hatcheries in Washington State. Fourth of July Creek Trail + My Favorites
This trail provides a spectacular view of the area, however visitors should be prepared to work for it, as the trail doesn't really flatten out until the ridge at the 6.5 mile mark. Eight Mile Lake + My Favorites
This lake is accessed via a seven mile round-trip hike. The trail is primarily uphill, however the climb is not unreasonable and the lake is a perfect destination for swimming, picnicking and fishing. Wildlife viewing is also abundant here. Address: Road 7601 | Leavenworth, WA Tel: 1 509 548-6977
Chiwaukum Creek Trail + My Favorites

Lanham Lake Trail + My Favorites
While this lake doesn't provide the most spectacular hiking opportunity in the Leavenworth area, it is a good place for family picnics. Old Pipeline Trail + My Favorites
The Old Pipeline Trail provides a good vantage from which to view the Wenatchee River as it rumbles down Tumwater Canyon. A number of river beaches provide hikers with an opportunity to swim or picnic, however visitors are advised that the trail is sometimes flooded in the spring due to run-off. Alpine Lookout Trail + My Favorites

Icicle Ridge Trail + My Favorites
The natural half way point on this trail is a plateau on the ridge, and is a perfect place to eat lunch and rest after climbing the steep pathway. Stuart Lake Trail + My Favorites
Billed as one of the most scenic hikes in the state, the trail to Stuart Lake is rife with alpine geology and ecology. Icicle Gorge Trail + My Favorites

Hatchery Creek Trail + My Favorites

Dirty Face Peak Trail + My Favorites
The Dirty Face Peak trail ascends 90 switchbacks, gaining roughly 4000 feet in just four miles. Steep, hot and dry describe this trail, however hikers are rewarded with comprehensive views of Lake Wenatchee and the Glacier Peak Wilderness Area. This trail is only six miles in length, however it is all uphill. Lake Minotaur is at the top, and is billed as one of the most spectacular lakes in the area that can be reached in one day. Spider Meadows Trail + My Favorites
This trail is billed as one of the most spectacular alpine hikes in the Pacific Nothwest. Hikers can view the hanging cliffs of Red Mountain as they emerge from the forest trail and into the meadows.
